posted in General

Hi everybody.
I have a problem when trying to watch a DVD. I can hear the music soundtrack but i cant hear the sound of the film when playing DVDs on my computer, (I have windows XP). And this problem is occuring with all media players I have. I tried to uninstall the soundcard driver but it didnt work. Can u help me please? reply

If it was an .avi, i’d tell you to get the xvid codec (you should try that anyway. Everyone should have it.)

Winamp and WindowsMediaPlayer are - for playing dvd’s, not really good. i would advise you to download VLC media player.

You need to configure your speakers back to stereo from surround sound. That should solve it, it did for me. reply

Try this compile:
