I got a movie that came in 3 follders called CD1, CD2, and CD3. In side these follder are MANY rar files. I tried to extract the bin files in side to a follder on my desktop. when i start to extract them it shows me error messages that say something to the effect of ".bin files corupted..." or ".bin files not recognized..." and so on. SO i end up geting only the .cue file in the follder on my desktop. How do i do this? they are supposed to be in SVCD format.
all you have to do is extract the files using a program called iso buster, you can download it for free, or download the newest program, once you open iso buster open the file and on the right hand side of the screen right click the first option and then select " extract.... mpeg” then that should work. also do it to the cue. file and when burning it burn both the cue. file and the new extracted file
Well, right after i started this post i tried to use vcdgear to extract them, but it kept saying that it couldn’t find decompressor. so i tried to burn the files as a SVCD using Nero, i was able to put them in the project, but when i tried to burn it, it kept geting stuck and would stay at one spot for hours. finaly i just gave up.
First step is WinRar select all from each cd folder and you may get a pair of cue/bin file so your download is an vcd or svcd format. If you download is an Xvid after decompressing the rar’s you get an avi file. From here you may burn each cd using Nero burn image and point to the cue file and Nero is going to make a cd from the bin file.If you don’t want to burn the bin you may use Daemon Tools to open it and watch it.Bin file is an image file ready for burning to open it you may use any iso tool like WinIso UltraIso or like the other guy said IsoBuster but my favorite is MagicIso.If you got the avi use any Xvid player to watch it like VLC or BSplayer. If you like the movie and you want to make a dvd from Xvid you need to convert the Xvid to DVD,VSO DivX to DVD is a freeware and works very fast about 30 minutes a convertion.Google all this stuff find it and install them.
i tried to use isobuster but had no luck. i have no idea how to use it. i played around with it for about an hour with no progress. this is the oddest way i have seen people put movies. what is wrong with a good old fasiond avi or mpeg movie, hell i woulden’t mind a cd image that simply needs to be mounted like a game image.
The easies way to get a .img file to work is to mount it in DAEMON Tools (well u will not see IMG on the list but just pick All types *.*, then pick the file u need) and then pick windows Media player to open the file ....... it works like a charm...... You can find the program here http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5
You mount .cue, .iso, cdi, .b5t, .ccd, .mds, .nrg, .pdi
This way u dont have to convert or burn anything..
I TRIED THE SOLUTION YOU SAID(ABOUT CDI FILES)BUT IT DIDN’T WORK. ALSO I GOT A HARDSDALE FILE AND DON’T KNOW HOW TO PLAY IT. THANKS IN ADVANCE DALE.
