I've downloaded some ISO files...Now WHat? Please help!!!

Question

So I’m very very new at this whole downloading game and sometimes I download movies and I can simply watch them by clicking on them. I recently downloaded some ISO files and I don’t know how to open them or convert them to avi files. I guess my question is, Once I have an ISO file what do I do with it? or Can I convert it to AVI? Oh and I’m using a Mac if that helps any.

You can play ISO with virtual Drive.

Or convert video format with Mac Converters.

Look up how to mount an ISO image on OS X.

hdiutil mount sample.iso
