convert .dav file to .mpeg file

I’m trying to put an interactive CD in .dav format into my webpage but the website builder doesnt support that format. I need to convert it to an .mpeg format or some other file that is supported. I also cant get it put on my hard drive in one piece. It keeps breaking down into components. I have to use the autorun function to see it on my computer. Can anyone help?
