if it says it supports mp3 play it usually means that it can play mp3’s off a CDr

if you put a dvd into a dvd player the player automatically looks for a VIDEO_TS folder that holds the movie

if you wanted a dvd player that would play a dvdr full of mp3’s i would look at the divx players reply

Hey guys am new here but just came across you post on playing mp3 on dvd players and it can be done although it took me some time and endless googling to find the program that worked for me.

The program is called deepburner. it can be found on the following link

http://www.click-now.net/downloads04.htm

Simply click create a cd,dvd data disk, drag and drop your files and then burn, I did this about half hour ago and just placed in in the dvd player and the disk is only taking up 1 gig, with 150 tracks and they all work, but more conveniently you can make the disk a multi session one as it stores the file as data so you can add more tracks when they are downloaded.

Hope this helps

Listen, a lot of the confusion can be cleared up with a couple of questions. . .
1. Does your DVD player play MP3 DVD’s?
if so
2. Which format DVD will yours play? ( +,-,RW )
Here is link that should help to find what you DVD player does and does not support. . . Hope this helps,

Hey Rocky, did you download the songs or rip them from a CD? Alot of times with WMP, if you rip the cd and just name the song from within WMP, the actual file on the computer may still be listed as “Track 'Number'". Also make sure your display on your cd player is set to display either title or file name on the disk not track. reply
