Windows Live Movie Maker is the Windows 7 counterpart to the old Windows Movie Maker which used to be part of Windows. The application is used to edit and create video files.
Windows Live Movie Maker is, as the name suggests, part of the Windows Live Essentials, and to install it on your computer you have to start the installation process for Windows Live Essentials. During the installation process you are free to choose to install Windows Live Movie Maker alone.
