AsfTools is a utility to repair, re-index asf/wmv files, and transcode them to avi. (transcode = losslessly copy audio and video stream from one container to another)
Note: Transcoding is generally successful with the older NetShow codecs, but will most likely fail with the newer Windows Media codecs.
