So, I got my MP4 almost a year ago. It was working fine at the beginning of the week, but just yesterday as I clicked the menu button the screen froze. I thought it wasn't that bad, so I switched it off and then switched it back on. The starting screen appeared, but nothing else happened. After a while I shut it back off then turned it back on. Instead of the starting screen, it started to glitch. What do I do now? Is it fixable?

I had the same issue, what i did is I opened the jet audio, it gave error, i clicked OK and audio started playing without Video That's OK then I right clicked on jet audio window and turned video window on, then on video window right clicked and went to configure video playback options and in the video tab set the video render to default render and it's working now!! Problem Solved!
