There’s a supposidly really funny clip my friend wants to show me, but whenever I try to play it, it just says
Sending request for codec...
and continues to do nothing. I downloaded it, and in properties, it says its location with .wmv at the end. I noticed i have some others like this, and they too do not play. Any help on gettin these things working would be greatly appretiated!

Feed the file into avicodec http://avicodec.duby.info The information on the 'video' line will tell you what codec you’re missing.
