Window Media Player Error

This problem ocurrs every time i try to view a video from the internet.
ex YahooLaunch Video!

I need help i cant play anything.

I am getting the same thing ever since I got a new computer for Christmas. I have a cable connection and IE works fine but none of the media players — windows media player, realplayer, quicktime, etc.

I have called Dell Support and my cable company and everyone says if the browser works the other programs should work... Lot of good that does me!
