Video Codecs

Hello everybody, I have the following problem.

I have installed Ace mega codec pack and Media player 9RC

Until recently everything worked, but now new released movies give me problems. They begin playing and after betweem 5 and 12 seconds play time they just stop. Audio continieus but the “picture” just stands still on where the movie had stopped playing.

Anyone got any advice?

Hey buddy, I recently had that problem with one file in particular (an old school kung fu flick); the video would freeze after a few seconds and the audio would continue. This happened with Windows Mediaplayer and RealOne Player. However, i was able to watch this movie with my DivX player. I still don’t know why (which codecs Divx uses that the other two do not), but maybe this will help.

This is because of some codecs, specially Nimo Codec Pack on WinXP, try using Klite Mega Codec Pack. !
