I’ve never seen the fourcc JJPG before. A web and usenet search turned up nothing. Do you know the program/application that produced the file? (it can be something like a CAD program or a webcam)
Also you can try making copies of the file and attempting to change the fourcc to MJPG. I wonder if it could be some proprietary flavor of motion-jpeg. (other examples include Ljpg for lead motion-jpeg, CJPG for creative, GJPG for grandtech, IJPG for intergraph, mJPG (a version that came out before the MJPG standard was finalized), and WJPG (Winbond?))

Thanks. The file was produced on somebody elses webcam. I dont know the type and unfortunatley i no longer have contact with this person.
