Unknown video codec

hi. i can play this video file through windows media player however when i try opening it with adobe premiere it wont recognize the file type. i tried Gspot to find out what video decoder is used unfortunately that doesnt even recognize the file.

ive tried downloading random codec packs and ive tried renaming the extension to mpg.. stuff like that but i still can’t get premiere to recognize the file.

*a little background info. the video file was made from final cut pro on a mac. if that has to do with anything..
