"The requested video codec is not installed on this system, (0xC00D0BC4)"

I have MSPlus! Digital Media Edition
Updated above to ver,1.1, wanted to add Microsoft enhancement profile new,1024x768 screen size to allow larger viewing from MS update page.
Now the puzzle, getting error : “The requested video codec is not installed on this system,
(0xC00D0BC4)"..I’m running xp/pro, it’s a good sys., But am stumped.
Can any one inform me, What to do? Where to get it? how to unload & load it? open the thing? What to be aware of? Picking the right one?
Also on using the microphone to configure it w/ same program I receive error — Direct Play Voice setup, error0x80004005). could use assistance in this area also. sw works but need this issues solved.

hi have same error as you with mic 0x80004005 you found out what it is yet ?

I am having the same problem. What did you do to fix your problem? I can’t seem to find anyone who knows how.

To fix the problem you need to download the dBpowerAMP-codec-wmav91.exe, and if this not work, you get another errors than look at the technical details of this errors and the unreg the codecs which cause the failure on my pc it was regsvr32 /u c:\WINDOWS\system32\vp6dec.ax and
regsvr32 /u c:\WINDOWS\system32\vp7dec.ax
