sound is great but no picture

i just downloaded matrix reloaded from kazaa and tryed to play it in my windows media player 9 sound is great but no picture can anyone help

Try downloading/installing the DivX Codec if you havnt already at www.divx.com also the XviD codec found at http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/
If these dont work, one thing you can try is play the movie using the divx player that comes with divx codec and it may tell you what codec to find to get it working....

I had the same problem when I got this movie off of Kazaa... I used this links advice and it worked!

I installed both the 3.11a and divx 5.x codec just to be safe. My movie plays fine now in windows media player (but not my divx player).

divx 7 down load type in divx 7 download free works fine in wmp
