Samsung MPEG-4 (SEDG)

I have Windows XP computer and I’ve tried to download the codec from Samsung’s web page but for some reason when I try to install it, my computer says installation failed.

I can play the video on my Windows Media Player but I can only hear the sounds. So I can’t see the picture.

I’m not sure if I can use another codec, program, or if it’s just something with my computer, but I really need help.

Anything will be gratefully appreicated!
