Real media codec 9 or higher for winavi

i have installed winavi convertor when i click onto it to open it, it comes up with the application has detected that the current system has not installed the following engines, or the engines have not been installed correctly. Real media codec 9 or higher. shall i download a new codec and if so what do i look for i do have real player and have updated it. Not sure what to do

In spite of the this messege, I could convert an MPEG file to 3gp file and transferred it to my mobil and it worked fine. So I do not how significant this warning is.
