Quicktime - sound but no image

Hi There

I am playing an MP4 file that has been converted from an MPGin Quicktime and there is only sound, with no image, just a pink/green wavy screen.

Any ideas? I have the latest version of Quicktime installed. Perhaps there is a codec I need?!
