problem codec windows media

Hello i try to read a .avi with windows media i had when i start un .wmv and i convert to .avi with winAVI

and when i try to read in windows media he can’t read

someone can help me? i have many codec installed

how can i tell which codec i must keep?my codec seem to be fighting each other over my downloads and end up saying codec download error,and i end up with no sound and unusable downloads
