need help with Samsung codec

hey i just one of those samsung Sc-D35e camcorders, and i i dont know but i guess the codec for it is on the DV Media Pro 1.0 CD that comes with it, but when i try to install it i get this message:

the disk says that its for windows XP and thats what i have, but i just want to see what other people think of this before i do anything dumb... thank you
