I have purchased a PVR which saves recorded programs in with a file extension of MTS.
Does anyone know how to view these files other than on the PVR or how to translate these file to another format to enable sharing with others
do someone knw a site to test the codec required for a file
Try rename files extension to .mpg, .mpeg, or .ts
It may be Mpeg Transport Stream.
Install K-Lite Codec Pack & CoreAVC then play with Media Player Classic or Sony Vegas 7 (or above). CS4 is now compatible too
I tried renaming the extension to .mpg and open with Windows Media Player and it works!
can you extract it into video (quicktime) and audio (wav, aiff) files?
Free download from the net cyberlink powerdirector and use this software and convert your mts file in to the any one format which you want.
What is a way to convert MTS file so it can be edited in Windows Movie Maker?
i changed the extension to mpg and tried it. media player plays it but there is no sign of sound. it’s without sound. can any1 help me with this problem?
