MPEG2

I’m searching for MPEG2 codecs, so I don’t need PowerDVD or any other huge software DVD-player to see my SVCD’s.
Just a simple codec would do the trick.

You can get the elecard MPEG-2 decoder as stated above or (my preferred method) try playing the file with media player classic (get it from gabest.org)
