Movie won't show but sound will play - HELP

Hi, I’m having trouble playing this one movie.. When i try playing it on Windows Media, the Movie won’t show but I can hear the sound but it won’t work on DivX because it said “i may need directshow decoder” so I came to this site and downloaded MPEGABLE DirectShow Decoder but nothing has changed. Any suggestion please?

Use gspot to find out the exact codec you need.

It’ll usually be listed in the fourcc box if the file is an AVI.
