MOVIE MAKER PROBLEMS

Hi i would really appreciate if someone could help me, i have this big trouble with movie maker when i want to import movies (and the formats are the ones that movie maker needs so here is not a problem ), movie maker is just importing 10 clips of the movie and not the whole movie at it used too, i really don’t know what to do?
