I’m trying to play a video and says it requires the “cook” codec when I try to play it with windows media player. the file type says it is a windows media player type. If anyone can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreiated.;)
As far as I’m concern cook, codename Gecko, is one of the codecs used by Real Audio. Try installing either Real Player or Real Alternative and see if it helps.
