Worked for me, but I only needed to do the install then open Windows Media Player, no need to fiddle about in the registry. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
Strakha’s link worked fine. Didn’t need any command line instructions, just installed it and played fine on windows media player. Windows 7 64 bit.
I installed this codec and it worked perfectly.

hey dis is not wrkin fr me...the installer just disappears after clickin “Next” button.
and in task manager i see the process being active..whats the issue.plzz help...
