icm.xvid error in realplayer

i am sorry guys but am new to computers. i have downloaded the exe file and its showing up in program files. however, when i try to play the videofile from realplayer its still showing an error. i am using realplayer version 11.0.1. please help

it was discussed at one time on this site and the referred website is no longer working. I try to play a movie sent to me in realplyer and get an error regarding icm.xvid. realplyer has no update to fix this problem. help, please.
