ICM.XVID

i downloaded a movie from torrent reactor.the file appears as a nero showtime file.when i try to open it in media player i get an error message saying i need a codec to play it,i have all the latest codecs from the windows media site.i tried it with show time and that wont play it either.i tried real player and that wont play it either and it shows the content of the file as icm.xvid.can someone please suggest how i can get this to work.i have sound but not picture.thanks
