how to reduce video clips downloaded from www.filmvaultstudios.com?

Hi, I have made a short film for my presentation using clips from www.filmvaultstudios.com.

I want to download it to my ipod, but it always hangs up, perhaps the file’s too big.

How can I reduce it to a smaller file. Any help would be much appreciated.
