I got this video off of Axxo and when i play it it says that it is encrypted please could someone tell me how to fix it??

There’s no help to be had. They’re cons. Unscrupulous people post these torrents to try and con you out of your money by getting you to buy their substandard (and often malware laden)media player or to get you to download their trojans which will then infect your PC and turn it into a slave which they can then use for whatever nefarious deeds they wish. So you see there’s nothing you can do except delete it.
