same problem 
please I have downloaded many video parts (I start from the middle of the video on internet playing it) and I have only the h264 videos not working they play only sound...
more info (vlc couldnt help, and the video puts scale 0x0)
please I need help, a player or a convertor would be better plz, it is not working in the video convertors I have

Check the origin of those videos, they can have a bad rendering.
Please go to another source of the same video (if you like it)
but produced by another rendering software.

the source, I mean the site is fine, but my problem is with many sites, I have K lite and vlc, both not work the file, but
on the internet if I stop the connection and replay what I was watching on adobe flash it works, I remind u that the problem is only with the files I download from the middle, but if I start download from the begining it plays fine, however other flash like vp6 works well, I searched a lot and knew that the h264 and avc put info of file only at the begining... so plz help
