green screen

my videos dont work and i dont understand why. on win media player theres a green screen at first (sometimes through out the whole video) and then it shows the video and it goes too slow... while the audio is fine.

and on the divx player it keeps saying that i have to get another audio codec tag 85 but i already looked into that and downloaded the needed codecs and it still says the same thing.

Please help me!!!!
