Four CC: DIVX

I downloaded a file and tried watching it in Windows MP but only got sound. it’s an avi file. I downloaded the codec finder thing and it says Video Codec Four CC: DIVX
Video Codec DivX 5. Codec or variant installed? No!.
What should I do? Do I have to download Divx than?
