fast vmstudio

I’m editing video on an old fast vmstudio dpr machine and would like to convert the captured files to avi so i can use them creating dvd’s
The file format used by fast is mov. but till now i wasn’t able to play them in any other player then my fast dpr board.
Anyone any suggestions ?
There are 2 options to convert them,
1 media mania (or something like that)
2 turbo codec dv (not sure)
