DX50 and DIV3 Codecs

pls help me find the FFShow codecs for MAC OSX.

I HAVE A PROBLEM TO OPEN A VIDEO FILE.PROBLEM IS-The DX50 codec is required to play this file. WHY THIS PROBLEM IS OCCUURED. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I AM WAITING FOR UR GOOD REPLY

Go to http://www.divxmovies.com/codec/
klick on the right download link, depending on your OS. It solves the DIV3 and the DX50 codec problem.

And as I read, correctly some people have a problem determining which codec is missing. Download Gspot for that problem. It is a basic tool. Only browse to the file that causes the problem (AVI, MPG etc) and it tells you what is missing,or why it doesn’t work.)

Wicked. Man i owe you one for sure. This works perfectly now. I would suggest to anyone having problems to just download Windows Media Player 10, then install the ffdshow, thats all i did and it works perfectly.

I think that these are a version of the divX codex, or atleast thats what i read on a couple websites. I hope this helps you.

hi there please help... i use irfanview and can’t see any avi movies on it, what to do?

I can`t able to play an avi file of SHoCK-VCD video format.i think it is associated with DX50 codec type.Can u help me in this??

i downloaded the ffdshow-20040520.exe the movie plays but i can’t see it

ffshow works only half... the audio doesn’t match very good.
what could it be
