DVD Video

I have a DVD video file. I would like to split this DVD video file into separate files. Could someone please recommend software that is good at doing this?

Thank you. This is a home made movie that I recorded with a Canon Camcorder. Is there good DVd software to split dvd video format into separate files using a windows pc machine? I was thinking of Adobe Premiere elements to split the dvd video.

Thanks. Can I keep the split files in DVD video format? Will there be any quality loss if I split files? I prefer not to convert as I do not want any quality loss.
