The green arrow solution is obsolete in the case where you have the most recent version of MPC (i just updated my media player classic yesterday) and frankly Ive used MPC since 2006 and i am not familiar with any green arrows anywhere on or within the player...
in order to choose which language the video is played in you must right click the window OR select the “play” choice from the drop down on the top (to the right of the “file” and “view” options) Then scroll down to “filters”
the name of the file you are currently viewing should be displayed, you must hover your mouse over this text. If nothing drops out you are screwed and must seek a separate solution, however the different subtitles and audio choices should be displayed for you to click if you DO have dual audio. I literally just figured this out myself, as I am relatively unfamiliar with the concept of Dual Audio in terms of pirated media. Hope this helps because I was convinced the “green arrow” guys are crazy,
For all those confused about the “green arrow” comments.. i believe this depends upon the choice of codecs you install with mpc..
For example Haali media spliter controls the subtitles and Dual Audio choices / streams. Therefore it is the Haali icon that appears on the taskbar in this case (which will allow audio language selection on Dual Audio files). (Ie: No green arrow).
I,m showing how to play dual audio file.
first download media classic player in this link.
then open movie in media player and right click on the movie screen and select <navigate> than go to audio language and change your language.
hey i have a problem....after installing latest version of k lite...i am not able to play mkv and some hindi dubbed movie in windows media player..i cant see any green arrow when playing mkv in wmp or classic media player...more shocking is i can play only one mkv file which is a brrip 720p its dual audio movie in wmp only this time wmp have the option to change audio and green arrow appears...but in other dual audio mkv file its not happening....i cant understand the problem....but with media player classic all popular media file can be played.....
FLV player also provide the facility to show dual audio play option. You can play dual audio movie in your desired language:
Audio tab then audio track and select your desired language to play
the green arrow is not in mpc screen ...guys its on the taskbar near the time icon or other icons on right side..so play movie in normal screen or i mean not in fullscreen so that u can see the icon...these days icon is not green it is white square (haali mesia splitter)..just right click it and see what audio u want......i am using latest mpc build 220.127.116.1127 ...so i get white icon......
to make it a permanent setting you need to go to the Haali Splitter settings, under option, under languages, highlight audio language priority and type in under 'value' (which is at the bottom): 'eng' (without the quotes), hit apply and ok.
