Did you use that exact link i get this error on my windows media player 9. It shows a few frames and then i get an error messege, but the audio still plays. When i installed that file I got: This filter have been confirmed at English Windows2000 SP3 and Chinese Windows XP SP1. DirectX 8b is necessary. I have direct X9 if i get that version will it work? I then get this error: Extracting BAvxADec.ax
Extracting BDecoder.ax
Cannot create BDecoder.ax
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Extracting dmkinst.bat
Extracting dmkinst.bat.bak
Extracting GSM.dll
Extracting sample.avi

This is the error from windows meia player
AppName: wmplayer.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2980 ModName: bdecoder.ax
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 000031b9
Thanks

Isn’t it lame that when we buy these products they don’t work right. I wonder when our world will change.

I’m looking the DMK2 codec as well for the Viewsonic v36.

Of course Viewsonic still does not have it listed on there website as something to download and I have not been able to find it any where else.

Is anyone having any luck with the v36 video? I can play the files on Media Player 9, but I can’t rewind or fast forward. Also, I cannot edit the files in Adobe Premiere or Video 8. Anytime I try and to anything but play, the software crashes. Any ideas?
