Converting DivX with VirtualDub without sound

I was using VirtualDub to cut the Divx avi file into half. When I was playing the 1st half (47mins) of the movie, it was fine. But when it comes to the 15mins, the sound gone.

Can anyone please help?

I have the same problem.

What I´m trying to do is to split the video in two parts, separate the audio from the original single piece, have the .wav split in two and try to synchronize it with the part 2 video.

I´m right in the middle of the process so I don´t know for sure if it´s gonna work or not.
