Convert rmvb to vcd ??

How should I convert rmvb to vcd so that I can view them with my vcd player instead on pc?

Where can I can the shareware to convert it?

i having skippy playback at VCD player every time i use winavi7.1 convert rmvb files,then use nero to burn the VCD ,nero doesn’t say it’s in wrong format ,the vcd cant play properly at all the VCD player i test,but able to play in PC without any problem .i used tmpgEnc making VCD for other format didn’t got such skippy play back problem.
of course TmpgEnc can’t convert Rmvb.

CAN I HAVE RMVB TO VCD VIDEO CONVERTER PLS...
