codec for mpeg2

It gives the below error prompt when I open the mpeg file: -

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required codec cannot be found. To determine how to obtain the codec identified as {E06D8026-DB46-11CF-B4D1-00805F6CBBEA}, contact the content provider.

Where to obtain this codec?

You need DVD decorder for this such as PowerDVD etc. That will let you run your video clips.
