C00D1199: Cannot play the file

I just dl a show and having trouble opening it.
C00D1199: Cannot play the file is the reason for this. But what is that supposed to mean? Oh, and I used Windows Media Player, have also tried Real Player and Div X

My advice is go here and download some real players like VLC,BSplayer or Media Classic.Also be sure you have install a AC3 filter for audio Xvid pack DivX pack and any codec pack you like All in One or K-Lite or XP Codecs. http://www.free-codecs.com/

Rhapsody Listen defiled my computer and now I cant uninstall through normal means or repair the cause of this error. My Rhap sody Listen BURN IN HELL.

I’v WMP 11, But i cant play the mkv file...
the WMP says that it is a error of C00D1199...
Now how could I solve this problem?
