black screen and no sound

can any one help me? i downloaded TCR SHAUN OF THE DEAD (COMPLETE) XVID from kazaa and when i play it all i get is a black screen and no sound. Does any one know what can fix this?
Has this happened to anyone else?
It took ages to download and i am really disapointed. So i downloaded another one and the same thing happened again.
