I am trying to play a avi file. I downloaded it the full file. But as I play it. the picture looks good for at least 5 sec’s. then starts to try color’s and
freeze’s certin parts of the movie and drags them.

I have the same problem and it started when I updated my windows player. I used to be able to wach those file but not any more. Anyone knows what to do.

It was the only player that could watch them.

you could try and run it through a doctor program that sometimes works, also make sure your player has all the available memory possible.

hi to everyone,
there is a program which will allow you to view any video file. instead of messing around with codecs, goto freewarefiles.com and download a program called videolan. this player will not need updating or any extra codecs it will just play your media.
i hope this helps everyone. thanx Cav.
