ati vcr1 codec

i get this warning:can’t load,driver is posible missing,how can i load this driver.ativcr2 and all the rest is working normal

go to START menu and click on RUN. then type in MPLAY32 (for xp users). when MEDIA PLAYER program opens, open the file that you’re trying to view. there should be an error message displayed. for example, mine showed “Video not available, cannot fing 'vids.VCR1' decompressor”. the codec that i needed in order to view my file is a VCR1 type. so i went to WWW.DOGPILE.COM typed in VCR1 CODEC and a ton of results came up for websites that provide the codecs. this website is where i obtained my codec to get my videos showing. http://codecs.necromancers.ru/
