Adobe Premiere CS2 Pro does not start on Vista premium

This program worked fine until I loaded C@3 creative suite. I did a stupid thing - I removed Premiere CS2. Then all sort of problems stated. Most applications in the CS3 do not work.

Then I went back and reloaded Premiere CS2 pro. But the flash screen appears and goes away right after message “compilerquicktime.prm”

Pl help. I have already spent hours uninstalling and reinstalling.
