Adobe premiere AVI import problem

I captured a full mini-DV to AVI (+/- 12GB) on an xp machine using moviemaker. I transfered the AVI file to my windows vista 64 and imported the AVI in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 and now premiere only imports te first scene? How can I import the complete 12GB? Has is someting to do with codecs, Adobe, moviemaker with which I made the capture?

When I play the in media player, it shows the full movie...?
