.3gp files not working in WMM

Yo, is there a codec I can download or a program I could use to change a .3gp video to a .avi or something similar that Windows Movie Maker could run?

The .3gp video was recorded on a mobile phone.

but it doesn’t work with samr audio (hopefully your 3gp uses another audio codec)
