ok so I uninstalled the converter I was given with the player and downloaded a new one from the sites mentioned here when I scanned this file it mentioned that this also contained the trojan,
anyone else?????
Yeah I’ve noticed the Trojan too. I have two different mp4 players from different manufactures and both of the AMV convert tools on their cd’s have the same Trojan virus. Unbelievable!!!

Hey tbj,
My pc also found the trojan virus you mentioned, Im using NOD as my anti-v... The trojan virus comes up as “system32/delall.trojan” or something like that. I was able to convert files but still got the Format Error after a few seconds. Im still looking into it.
Anybody have a clue as to what this virus is.

Havin some problems with Win avi which I hope someone can help with or suggest an alternative program !
Firstly it says I need 'Quik Time Codec 6.5 or higher' I’ve searched everywhere for this and downloaded various QUICK TIME codecs which don’t do anything. Read various other posts but can someone give me a definitive answer as to where to find it !!
Also the program shuts down after a few seconds saying theres an error. Could this be related to the missing codec problem ? Any help will be greatly appreciated !!
