MikeM guest Guest | Roadrunner........thanks for your adivce....when I followed your recommendation with quote 26.. and then followed Hank’s recommendations with quote 28.....these two steps seemed to work very well....a little patience and persistence paid off....Nice to hear the music on my MP3 player as I’m driving. An easier way to grab the file which contains the .rm (.ram) is to right click on the link and go to
properties”.
From this, you will know the URL which sources the file.
Copy and past the URL into a new web browser window. This automatically starts downloading the file to the temporary internet folder. Go to your temp folder. An easy way of doing this is click on the Start button and go to “Search - For files and folders” and do a search for “temporary”. You will know when you see the folder. The file would be downloaded to this folder.
Next highlight, copy and paste the file onto your desktop for ease of reference. Then I recommend you buy/get from a friend Boilsoft software, which can be used to covert the file to .mp3 or .wav.
Hope this helps - for those who don’t want to use the notepad method.
